01 — About
I wasn't much of a student until one oppurtunity changed that.
Until 10th grade I wasn't especially engaged in school. That changed in 11th grade, when I was picked for first Erasmus+ project. That's genuinely where things turned around, my teachers kept choosing me for whatever international project came up after that, mostly because I was reliable in English and responsible character stepping in early when something's about to go sideways. I'd rather fix problems quietly, step by step, than let noise build up around me, all these put me in a team-leader seat again and again.
Since then until the end of highschool I've gravitated toward being the person who holds a room together; coordinating across languages, representing my school abroad. This oppurtunity gave me the vision to start taking the action which changed my life and brought me all the way to Poland.

Hundreds of daily conversations in English with people from everywhere. Same instinct as my Erasmus days: read the situation fast, stay calm, keep things moving smoothly.

Operated automated machinery on a lithium-ion battery assembly line for close to five months, holding zero-defect quality standards under strict safety protocols. Taught me more about process discipline and precision than most classrooms could.
